Silent Hill f invites you on a journey through narrow, foggy streets where dangerous monsters lurk around every corner. Players will face the living embodiment of the fears of a young high school girl, Hinako. In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find all the omamori in the game. You will also learn how to earn Faith Points and get a detailed description of the location of each amulet.

What are Omamori

Omamori are amulets that improve Hinako’s stats or add some effect. For example: the Plum Omamori increases maximum stamina. All 40 can be found in locations or purchased for Faith Points at the save altar.

What are Faith Points

Faith Points are an in-game currency that can be used to buy omamori and, on higher difficulties, restore the sanity bar. You can also use Faith Points and Ema Plaques to purchase upgrades for Hinako’s stats, such as:

  • Increase maximum health.
  • Increase maximum stamina.
  • Increase maximum sanity.
  • Add an omamori slot.

How to Earn Faith Points

Offerings are items Hinako can exchange for Faith Points at the save altar. There are two categories of items for conversion: Consumables and Artifacts. These can be found in the corners of the game world.

Below are lists of offerings and their value:

Consumables

  • Inari Sushi: Faith Points (150).
  • Kudzu Tea: Faith Points (100).
  • Chocolate: Faith Points (80).
  • Higashi: Faith Points (80).

Artifacts

  • Wrinkled Abura-age: Faith Points (500).
  • Ancient Comb: Faith Points (300).

How to Add Omamori Slots

To unlock all slots, you need to spend:

  • First slot: Free.
  • Second slot: Faith Points (1,500), Ema Plaque.

  • Third omamori: Faith Points (500).
  • Fourth omamori: Faith Points (600).

Goat Omamori: Take less damage when fighting multiple enemies. The damage you deal is also increased.

Best Omamori in the Game

With amulets, you can create builds for Hinako. Together, they can significantly increase survivability in combat and boost the lethality of attacks. In the list below, we’ll name the best charms in the game.

  • Hawk Omamori: Allows you to perform attacks in concentration mode more frequently. This is especially useful when the enemy is stunned.
  • Raven Omamori: Makes healing easier, especially on higher difficulty levels where consumables are used more often. It is particularly useful in battles against enemies that summon mobs.
  • Boar Omamori: The most useful amulet, since most actions consume stamina. Additionally, it reduces the duration of exhaustion, allowing you to shorten the length of battles.
  • Spider Omamori: Lets you fight outside the dark sanctuary more often, as it reduces the cost of weapon repairs. This makes exploring locations easier.
  • Bull Omamori: Hinako can use heavy and charged attacks more frequently, making boss fights much easier.
  • Snake Omamori: Automatic counterattacks allow you to deal with regular enemies faster. However, use the amulet carefully in boss fights, as it increases sanity consumption.

However, much depends on the specific situation. For traveling in the foggy sanctuary, one set of amulets is suitable, for exploring Ebisugaoka — another. In battles with certain bosses, the combination of charms can also differ greatly. Therefore, try to collect all available omamori to be ready for any outcome.
