Who Else But Us in The Outer Worlds 2: How to Find All Armory Passes

The Outer Worlds 2 is a dynamic open-world first-person shooter. The game features dozens of variable quests, many of which have multiple endings. In this guide, we’ll tell you how to find all five armory passes at the Skycutter A102 station and open a special chest.

The quest Who Else But Us begins inside Skycutter A102 Power Station, located in the northern part of Paradise Island. To activate the quest, you need to enter the building and go down to the basement. Then, find the case—when you interact with it, you’ll get a hint that you need five Protectorate Armorial IDs to open it.

All the soldiers at the station carried armory passes. Therefore, you’ll have to find five bodies. The first card is with an officer next to the chest.

Enter the main hall of the power station. Find the body to the right of the elevator, but be aware—as soon as you approach, you’ll be attacked by a turret and drones. The rest of the station is populated by lizards, so you’ll have to fight your way through.

Climb up to the second floor. Head to the left corner and climb the yellow ladder to the third level. Approach the column with the red lamp.

Go up to the penultimate floor. Find the soldier to the right of the elevator gate. He also has the elevator terminal card.

Climb to the top floor and enter the roof. The last body is near the main power station control panel.

Go back down to the chest in the basement and insert all five armory passes. Inside, you’ll find the last journal, which will reveal what happened at the station. In addition, there will be a Trauma Kit that revives you in battle, and an Advanced Decryption Key used to open especially tough safes.
