How Injectors Work in Resident Evil Requiem

To let Grace craft both of these upgrades, each requiring 100 units of blood, you first need to buy the Blood Collection Guide in the lounge for 6 antique coins. This upgrade increases the blood collector's capacity by 50 units.

You'll also need to unlock the recipes for steroids and stabilizer. To do this, solve the Blood Sample (Reversibility) puzzle. You'll find the blood sample in the hematology lab behind a storage room door that requires level one access. Now, use the laser microscope to analyze the biomaterial you found. Solve the puzzle by pressing the four segments in this order:

  1. The far left cube.
  2. The center cube.
  3. The far right cube.
  4. The cube to the right of the center one.

Now you have the recipes and can collect everything you need. To craft steroids or a stabilizer, you need blood and also empty injectors. There are only three of them, all located in the medical center. Once you finish this area, you can't return, and there is no other way to get these items. So, it's best not to delay searching for them.

Empty Injector #1 (Blood Lab)

Go to the blood lab, to the room where you found the blood sample (Reversibility). In this storage room, which is locked with a level one door, there's a cabinet to the right of the desk. Open it and take the first empty injector.

Empty Injector #2 (Records Room)

You can reach the records room by using the stairs next to the warden's office, which is west of the lounge. After you go up the stairs, go through the door on the right, this will take you to the room where you'll find the second empty injector.

Empty Injector #3 (Detention Cells)

As you move through the medical center, you'll reach the basement with the detention cells. In one of these cells, there's a zombie trying to break through the bars, that's the cell you need to enter. Following the story, you'll find two connector plugs. After that, the monster will finally break out. Deal with it, grab the last plug, and take the third empty injector from the cell.

Note: Don't rush to use the third plug. As soon as you connect it, a cutscene will start, and you won't be able to go back for the injector.
