Resident Evil Requiem: All Lockpick and Locked Box Locations for Grace

Every Resident Evil game is known for its puzzles, secret passages, and locked rooms. In Resident Evil Requiem, players will also have to search for locked boxes and lockers in the rehabilitation center. This detailed guide will show you how to open every locked box, where to find lockpicks, and give you tips for finding valuable items and secrets in the game.

All lockpicks can only be found in the rehabilitation center: one in the west wing, two in the east wing, and two in the basement. You’ll use them to open locked boxes and cabinets, but each lockpick breaks after use and disappears from your inventory.

As you progress through the story, you’ll eventually find the Lead Researcher’s Office in the east wing. Look for a small desk in the left corner of the room — the first available lockpick will be sitting on top.

After you get the level one access bracelet, you’ll be able to enter the Custodian’s Office near the kitchen in the west wing. Check the locker in the far left corner of the office to get the second lockpick.

Go up to the second floor of the west wing using the stairs near the Custodian’s Office. Once inside, check the desk in the center of the room to pick up the third lockpick.

You’ll find the fourth lockpick in the tunnel connecting the Workshop to the Inspection Area. To reach it from the Workshop, you’ll need the Square Socket Wrench to open the ventilation passage.

The last lockpick is hidden in the boiler room. To reach it safely, go through the cut wire in the northern part of the area — this way, Grace won’t take damage from the electrified water nearby.

There are three locked boxes and two locked cabinets in the entire location that you can open with the lockpicks you find. Each one contains rare metal. This material is needed to craft Requiem revolver ammo while playing as Grace. Don't worry if you missed some boxes on the surface earlier. You will return to the upper floors and can open them before continuing the campaign.

The first box can be found in the upper hallway of the west wing, between the kitchen and the restrooms. Look behind the small couches to spot the cabinet you need.

On the second floor of the west wing, head to the chairman’s office, but don’t go inside. The second locked box is right next to the door.

The last locked cabinet is next to the fireplace in the main hall of the east wing.

Use the special plug to activate the living cot near the security room. On the left side of the room, you’ll find blue cabinets; one of them can be opened with a lockpick.

The last locked cabinet can be opened in the inspection area, right before the long row of hanging bodies. Just turn left as soon as you enter the room.
