Resident Evil Requiem Puzzle Walkthrough — Full Solutions for Every Riddle

In Resident Evil Requiem, as is tradition for the series, there are plenty of puzzles and riddles. Some are required for the main story, while others are optional and lead to various treasures. In this guide, you'll find solutions for every puzzle in the game.

During Grace's segment in Rhodes Hill, you need to solve three puzzles to progress in the story. The three quartz items you need to leave Rhodes Hill are locked away in special cabinets with puzzles.

The Moon Quartz is in the director's office on the second floor of the west wing of the medical center. Here, you need to enter the correct combination on the cabinet lock to get the quartz.

The correct combination is written in a torn diary. To reveal it, take the pencil from the desk at the back of the director's office. Shade the diary page with the pencil to uncover the code. The correct order (from left to right) is:

The second puzzle cabinet is in the lead researcher's office on the second floor of the east wing. You can't solve the puzzle right away—the cabinet has a lock you need to melt using corrosive acid. After that, go back to the lead researcher's office and use the acid on the lock. Now you can solve the puzzle.

The solution is hidden in photos scattered around the office. Enter the following code:

Even though Grace can find the correct combination on the chief of security's desk, you won't be able to open the cabinet right away because the symbols on the device are worn off. You'll be able to open it after progressing a bit further in the story.

The instructions for this puzzle are found in the leather notebook you can take from the cabinet with the Sun Quartz in the lead researcher's office.

After leaving the rehabilitation center, players reach a cabin near the medical center. Here, your objective updates: now you need to find the helicopter key. To get into the basement, you'll have to solve a story puzzle.

Enter the house and interact with several items: the globe, vase, microscope, hourglass, and wine bottle. But to actually solve the puzzle, all you need is the wine bottle. It's on the left of the entrance to the study, inside the house, to the right of the lab coat.
