Silent Hill: Townfall Level 3/4 Access Card Location

Silent Hill: Townfall is a first-person horror game set in a small Scottish town. Like previous entries in the series, it features plenty of rooms that remain locked until you find the right key. In particular, certain doors on Floors 3 and 4 of CEG HQ require a special Access Card. In this guide, we'll explain where to find it and exactly what it unlocks.

During Part 5 of the story, Richard, you'll be able to explore the upper floors of CEG HQ. Several rooms there can only be opened with the Level 3/4 Access Card.

On Floor 3, it unlocks:

Keep in mind that the Access Card alone is not enough to enter Finance. After using it on the card reader, you'll also need to enter the code 2709.

You'll need to visit these areas to continue progressing through the game.

Once you reach CEG HQ, you'll need to make your way from Floor 2 up to Floor 5. Most doors on Floors 3 and 4 will be locked at this point, so there is little reason to thoroughly explore them yet, as you'll be coming back later. Head all the way to the top, dealing with enemies along the way or avoiding them if you're aiming for the good Justice ending. You can also search dead bodies for ammunition as you go.

There are no enemies on Floor 5. Enter the Boardroom and look for the phone. The Level 3/4 Access Card is lying on the table next to it. Once you have it, head back downstairs and start exploring the rooms that were previously locked on Floors 3 and 4.
