Xenomorphs and New Monsters: Full Trailer Released for 'Alien: Earth' Series

FX Networks has unveiled the full trailer for Alien: Earth, a new series from the creator of Fargo. The show is set to premiere on August 13 on the streaming service Hulu.

The story takes place on Earth in the year 2120, where a Weyland-Yutani Corporation ship crashes. The main characters — including Wendy, a half-synthetic, half-human hybrid, along with other hybrids — must now face terrifying new life forms. Some of them are revealed in the trailer: viewers can expect not only facehuggers and Xenomorphs, but also jellyfish-like monsters.

The series is helmed by Noah Hawley, known for Fargo and Legion. The lead roles are played by Sydney Chandler, Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, Samuel Blenkin, and others.

Recently, fans noticed an interesting detail in the animated anthology Predator: Killer of Killers that hints at a connection to the Alien universe. According to rumors, both franchises are being set up for a major crossover.
