Actors Cast as Draco Malfoy and the Dursleys Revealed for HBO's 'Harry Potter' Series

Variety has revealed who will play Vernon and Petunia Dursley, as well as Draco Malfoy, in HBO’s upcoming Harry Potter series. As for Dudley, the showrunners have not yet finalized an actor for the role.
Petunia Dursley will be portrayed by 33-year-old Bel Powley, known for The X-Files and the coming-of-age drama The Diary of a Teenage Girl. Her husband, Vernon Dursley, will be played by 42-year-old Daniel Rigby, a British comedian and star of the series Eric and Ernie.
Draco Malfoy will be played by Lox Pratt. The cast also includes Katherine Parkinson as Molly Weasley, Johnny Flynn as Lucius Malfoy, Leo Earley as Seamus Finnigan, Alessia Leoni as Parvati Patil, Sienna Moosah as Lavender Brown, and Bertie Carvel as Cornelius Fudge.
The first season is set to premiere in 2027.
Meanwhile, "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling has commented on the casting of Harry, Ron, and Hermione in the upcoming show.
