First Trailer for 'Avatar 3' Leaks Online: Jake on Trial and Gothic Fire Na'vi Revealed

A promising teaser trailer for Avatar 3: Fire and Ash has leaked online. The footage surfaced via a Chinese dubbing studio — the video quality is poor, but it reveals plenty of new details.
The audio isn’t much better, with rough mixing and unclear dialogue. Still, several elements stand out: the heroes face a new antagonist — the leader of the Fire Na'vi tribe — as well as the return of longtime villain Miles Quaritch. The trailer showcases brand-new Pandora landscapes, fast-paced action scenes, battles with both humans and hostile Na'vi, and a striking moment where Jake Sully is captured by Earth forces. At one point, it appears Jake may be put on trial. Overall, the leaked footage aligns with descriptions previously reported by journalists.
Avatar 3: Fire and Ash is scheduled to hit theaters on December 19. Earlier this year, James Cameron screened the finished film for friends and family, and later shared their impressions.
