Liu Kang Actor Packs on 35 Pounds for New Mortal Kombat Movie and Shows Off His Ripped Physique

Ludi Lin, who is set to play Liu Kang in the upcoming film Mortal Kombat 2, revealed that he gained around 35 pounds to fully embody the character. He also shared photos online, showing off his impressive, muscular transformation.
The movie is set to premiere on October 24 this year. Alongside Liu Kang, fans can expect to see other iconic characters from the MK game series, including Sonya, Jax, Shao Kahn, Kung Lao, Raiden, Kano, Noob Saibot, Scorpion, and more.
The first trailer for Mortal Kombat 2 dropped earlier this month and has mostly received positive reactions online.
Additionally, this year will see the release of the classic compilation Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection, which is rumored to launch on September 29.
