Netflix has unveiled the first teaser for the fourth season of The Witcher, which will serve as the show’s penultimate chapter. The footage gives the first look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt in action, along with fresh stills of other characters and the premiere date.
The short teaser shows Geralt hunting a ghost. In the clip, he uses the familiar — though slightly altered — Yrden sign to trap the vengeful spirit. The teaser also introduces archer Milva and dwarf Zoltan Chivay, portrayed by Zhang Meng’er and Danny Woodburn, respectively.
Following the teaser, Netflix released the first official stills and a poster. They feature the vampire Regis, played by Laurence Fishburne, Jaskier (Joey Batey), a grown-up Ciri (Freya Allan), Yennefer (Anya Chalotra), and other characters.
The Witcher Season 4 premieres October 30 on Netflix. This time, all episodes will be released at once. Later this year, a feature-length film focusing on Ciri’s adventures with the Rats gang will also debut. Recently, it was confirmed that Vesemir will be portrayed by a new actor in the upcoming season.
