Full Trailer for Supergirl Released — Hits 500K Views on YouTube in Just One Hour
Warner Bros. Pictures and DC Studios have unveiled the official trailer for the upcoming Supergirl movie, clocking in at nearly three minutes. In just about an hour, the trailer racked up around 500,000 views and received 60,000 likes (compared to 2,700 dislikes).
The trailer teases a dark, cosmic story centered on Kara Zor-El (Supergirl), who embarks on a journey with her companion Krypto driven by vengeance and the desperate mission to save a dying ally. Along the way, she grapples with the loss of her family, faces off against a ruthless antagonist, and struggles to discover where she truly belongs—and who she can call her own.
Milly Alcock stars in the lead role, joined by Jason Momoa as Lobo, as well as Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, and Emily Beecham. The film is directed by Craig Gillespie, with a screenplay by Ana Nogueira.
James Gunn and Peter Safran are producing as part of the newly rebooted DC cinematic universe. Supergirl is set to premiere in summer 2026: the international release is scheduled for June 24, while North American theaters and IMAX will see the film debut on June 26.
