Ubisoft shows first trailer, screenshots, and collector's edition of Assassin's Creed: Shadows
Ubisoft has released the debut trailer for Assassin's Creed: Shadows, the new mainline installment in the series, as promised. The company also revealed the release date and published the first screenshots.
The action of Assassin's Creed: Shadows will unfold in 1579 in feudal Japan, and the plot will tell about the African samurai Yasuke and the shinobi girl Noami. Each character will receive their own gameplay mechanics, skills, and equipment. One of the main features of the game is the dynamic change of seasons. Each season will open up new mechanics and locations. Another feature is the hideout, which can be personalized by changing the layout, furnishings, and decorations. In it, gamers will be able to train allies, create equipment, and interact with characters.
Assassin's Creed: Shadows will receive three editions — Standard ($70), Gold ($110), and Ultimate ($130). The most expensive ones will get the base game, season pass, which will include two story add-ons and a bonus mission, Ultimate Pack, and early access to the project (3 days).
Among other things, the collector's edition will include a figurine, map, steelbook, and artbook.
Assassin's Creed: Shadows will be released on November 15, 2024 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S with Russian subtitles. The PC version will be available in the Ubisoft Store and the Epic Games Store.
