The first season of The Last of Us became HBO’s most-watched series ever, making anticipation for the sequel even higher. Now, according to Warner Bros. Discovery, the latest trailer for Season 2 has already set a new record.
In just three days, the video amassed 158 million views across all platforms—160% more than the average for other promotional content related to the show.
Season 2 premieres on April 14 and takes place several years after the events of the first chapter. This time, the story expands beyond Joel and Ellie.
The cast includes Pedro Pascal, Bella Ramsey, Kaitlyn Dever, Isabela Merced, and Young Mazino.
