Ex-Witcher 3 Devs Reveal Gameplay for Firefighter Survival Game — Into the Fire

Starward Industries, a studio founded by former developers from CD Projekt RED and Techland, has released a new trailer for Into the Fire (formerly known as Dante’s Ring). The game follows a brave firefighter rescuing civilians during a volcanic eruption.
Set on the fictional Dante Archipelago, Into the Fire blends natural disaster with supernatural mystery. Armed with a tactical extinguisher, water grenades, and other unconventional tools, the protagonist must battle the elements while uncovering “dark rituals lurking in the flames.”
Gameplay-wise, Into the Fire is described as an extraction-style survival game. It features a central hub for preparation, and each mission is time-limited. With a limited water supply in your extinguisher, resource management becomes critical.
Into the Fire is coming “soon” and already has a Steam page live.
