Time for a Replay? Dark Souls Now Has Full Co-op Support Thanks to New Mod

Modder Yui has dropped another fan-favorite project, this time aimed at the Dark Souls Remastered community. The new mod adds full co-op support, allowing players to journey through Lordran with a party of up to six people.
The mod syncs world events across all players — including NPC interactions — and tracks individual progress for each person. Yui also overhauled the connection system: if someone drops out, they can rejoin the group without losing progress.
In addition to co-op, players can tweak the difficulty and enable invasion mechanics.
The mod is available via this link. According to the creator, bans aren’t a concern since it uses separate servers and save files. However, transferring saves between the modded version and the original game is strongly discouraged.
Back in February, Yui released a similar co-op mod for Dark Souls 3, and also has versions for Elden Ring, Sekiro, and Armored Core 6.
