Epic Games Store Mobile App Offers Free Copy of Botanicula
The Epic Games Store mobile app has updated its free weekly offering. Until April 24th, users can grab the mobile version of Botanicula for Android and iOS, absolutely free.
Botanicula is an award-winning indie adventure game from the creators of Machinarium. Players must guide a team of five tree-dwelling creatures on a quest to save their home's last seed from parasitic, spider-like invaders. The game features 7 chapters and boasts a Very Positive (95%) rating on Steam. It has also been downloaded over 100,000 times on Google Play.
In related mobile gaming news, a standalone version of the beat 'em up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge recently launched on Google Play and the App Store, and it doesn't require a Netflix subscription. Just before that, the mobile version of the metroidvania Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown made its way to Android and iOS.
