The Cyberpunk 2077 community is having a little fun with Rockstar’s latest trailer. After the second look at GTA 6 dropped, two Reddit posts quickly gained traction for pointing out a striking resemblance between the new protagonists and Cyberpunk favorites V and Panam.

Combined, the posts racked up over 40,000 upvotes, sparking playful theories about time travel — and inspiring fans to cosplay their way through GTA 6.

One thing’s for sure: plenty of players are planning to roleplay as V and Panam when GTA 6 launches on May 26, 2026, for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
