Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 and Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun — Words of Vengeance Have Been Announced

During the Warhammer Skulls 2025 showcase, Auroch Digital revealed two exciting new projects: Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun — Words of Vengeance and Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun — Words of Vengeance is a free rail shooter with a first-person perspective and retro-style graphics. Players must defeat enemies by typing words and phrases from the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The main protagonist is Malum Caedo, tasked with cleansing the forge world of Griya from cultists, traitors, and Chaos demons. The game is already available on Steam.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 is the sequel to the 2023 boomer shooter Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. The follow-up promises new locations, weapons, and enemy types. The game is scheduled for release in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game's Steam page is already live.
