New Gothic 1 Remake Footage Shows Fields and Dungeons in the Mining Valley

Alkimia Interactive has shared a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Gothic 1 Remake, offering a glimpse of the next developer diary, which will focus on the game’s artistic vision. The full video is set to premiere next week.

In the meantime, fans can check out a short clip featuring updated visuals of the reimagined Mining Valley. According to the developers, they deliberately chose not to replicate the original game's visual style, so the remake will have a slightly different feel.

Previous diary entries explored the open world and the team’s overall approach to the remake.

Gothic 1 Remake is still listed as "coming soon," with no confirmed release date. THQ Nordic may reveal more details during its showcase on August 1.
