Black Desert Is Free on Steam Now

Pearl Abyss has once again launched a free giveaway for their South Korean MMORPG, Black Desert, on Steam. You can permanently add the game to your library until July 10th.

Black Desert is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game set in a fantasy world with a vast open world, an advanced character customization system, dynamic combat, dynamic weather, a day/night cycle, and a huge range of activities. Players can engage in trading, fishing, alchemy, cooking, hunting, crafting, and much more. The project was developed on Pearl Abyss's own in-house Black Desert Engine. The game has a score of 71/100 on OpenCritic and 75% positive reviews on Steam.

In related news, Epic Games Store recently kicked off a free giveaway of two PC games: the roguelike about anthropomorphic animals Backpack Hero and the musical adventure Figment.
