Borderlands 4 Trailer Highlights Claptrap's Return

Gearbox has released another trailer for the upcoming looter-shooter Borderlands 4. This latest video focuses on the return of Claptrap, arguably the series' most recognizable character.

"Players can expect the return of the franchise staple Claptrap in Borderlands 4, offering his somewhat helpful and mildly irrelevant commentary to accompany your journey as a Vault Hunter. Borderlands 4 will also feature a volume slider for Claptrap that players can utilize at their discretion," the developers stated.

Borderlands 4 launches on September 12th for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

As a reminder, the developers recently showcased the game's world map. Shortly before that, they released two trailers dedicated to one of the playable characters, the Siren character, Veil.
