A new The Witcher 3 mod from Nexus Mods user Kradiarumas delivers a brutal upgrade for fans looking to make combat more vicious and visceral. The project, titled Affliction, took several months to complete.
The mod introduces improved physics for dismemberment, new animations, more accurate limb severing, and a higher frequency of the spinning attack — the flashy move showcased during the E3 2014 demo.
In the original animations, it seems like the enemy is stuck on the ground, awkward ragdoll, but after working on it for months and testing it hundreds of times, I finally reached a better result. Definitely a Time-Consuming Mission...
The mod is available on Nexus Mods. To ensure everything runs smoothly, the creator recommends playing at 60 FPS.
