Microids has dropped some fresh screenshots of the upcoming remaster of the iconic 2002 adventure game, Syberia. The images were released on the official Syberia series X (Twitter) page.
The remaster boasts completely rebuilt environments and character models, modern graphics, a brand new user interface, refined controls, and reimagined puzzles. Virtuallyz Gaming and Microids Studio Paris are developing the project, with Microids handling publishing duties.
“Over 20 years after its release, Syberia is reborn in a completely modernized version. Return to iconic locations and interact with unforgettable characters while enjoying updated graphics, revamped gameplay, and the captivating story that made the game a genre classic," reads the official Steam description.
The Syberia Remaster is slated for a Q4 2025 release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
