Digital artist Jokar has shared a steamy new artwork featuring an alluring take on Hornet, the fierce huntress from the recently released metroidvania Hollow Knight: Silksong. The game has received overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam and has already drawn in over half a million online players.
The illustration is inspired by a Hornet cosplay from cosplayer Tanukii, which itself was based on artwork by Alexa OokamiArts.
Recently, we also reported on another cosplayer who presented an “adult” version of the Hollow Knight: Silksong heroine.
Meanwhile, Hollow Knight: Silksong has already been compared across all current platforms, including Switch, Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. There’s also an interactive map available online.
Hollow Knight: Silksong is an action-platformer that puts players in the role of Hornet, a huntress who finds herself in the mysterious kingdom of Pharloom. The journey to the top leads through shadowy caverns, gilded cities, and misty marshes, all filled with danger and ancient secrets.
Gameplay blends fast-paced, acrobatic combat against more than 200 enemies—including over 40 powerful bosses—with deep exploration of new lands. As you progress, you can craft and upgrade a variety of weapons, traps, and gadgets, complete diverse quests, hunt rare creatures, and help the inhabitants of the fallen kingdom. You can check out our first impressions here, where we called the game an enchanting adventure you can’t put down.
