New Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection Trailer Drops, Release Date Announced

During the latest Nintendo Direct presentation, a new trailer dropped for Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection. The release date has also been revealed: October 30th.
The collection will feature:
- Mortal Kombat (Arcade, SNES, Mega Drive/Genesis, Game Boy, and Game Gear versions);
- Mortal Kombat 2 (Arcade, SNES, Mega Drive/Genesis, Game Boy, and Sega 32X versions);
- Mortal Kombat 3 (Arcade, SNES, and Mega Drive/Genesis versions);
- Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (Arcade, SNES, and Wave Net versions);
- Mortal Kombat 4 (Arcade version);
- Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero (PlayStation);
- Mortal Kombat: Special Forces (PlayStation);
- Mortal Kombat Advance (Game Boy Advance);
- Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (Game Boy Advance);
- Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition (Game Boy Advance).
Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection is being developed by Digital Eclipse for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. The collection already has a Steam page live.

Relive the origins of the legendary franchise with the iconic arcade releases that started it all, plus a selection of beloved home versions and rare fan releases to honor the series’ legacy.
In other Mortal Kombat news, a fan recently used AI to showcase what Kano, Sonya Blade, Sub-Zero, Kitana, Nightwolf, Mileena, Sektor, Kung Lao, Jax, Sindel, Shang Tsung, Sheeva, and Shao Kahn might look like in a full Mortal Kombat 3 remaster with HD graphics. And just before that, a 1:10 scale Ermac collectible figure was announced and is available for pre-order for $160.
