Millennial throwback: Battlefield 6 soundtrack packs Limp Bizkit, RHCP, The Prodigy, and more

Journalists and bloggers have already tried out the battle royale mode in Battlefield 6, which gave them the chance to learn more about the game’s soundtrack. As it turns out, Limp Bizkit’s exclusive track isn’t the only highlight — the shooter includes a wide selection of songs from well-known artists.
The soundtrack features 14 tracks from Limp Bizkit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Prodigy, Bob Dylan, and others. All of this music will play inside vehicles.
Interestingly, there’s only one rap track on the list. This might be connected to the fact that players have been complaining for years about rap being used in ways that feel out of place in trailers.
- Godsmack — Awake
- Drowning Pool — Bodies
- Limp Bizkit — Break Stuff
- Red Hot Chili Peppers — Can’t Stop
- Pantera — Domination
- The Interrupters ft. Rancid — Got Each Other
- Filter — Hey Man, Nice Shot
- The Prodigy — Invaders Must Die
- Limp Bizkit — Making Love to Morgan Wallen
- Bob Dylan — Masters of War
- Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg — Nuthin’ but a G Thang
- Chalk — Pain
- The Kinison — You’ll Never Guess Who Died
The end credits will feature two tracks: Making Love to Morgan Wallen by Limp Bizkit and the main theme Battlefield: The After-Party, written by Limp Bizkit together with Henry Jackman. Jackman is best known as the lead composer of Uncharted 4.
Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10 for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. Earlier, the developers explained why the game won’t include ray tracing technology.
