Hideo Kojima Trolls Konami Again: Fans Spot Direct Reference to P.T. in OD: Knock Trailer

Fans of Hideo Kojima have already cracked a hidden message from the latest OD: Knock trailer. As you might recall, the footage included several fragments of text, with parts crossed out. Some sharp-eyed X users dug into the details and discovered that Kojima once again took a playful jab at his former colleagues at Konami.
The decoding process began with a post from @chidach, who noticed the text was written in the Futura PT font. Longtime Kojima fans know that P.T. was the infamous Silent Hills demo that ultimately led to Kojima’s split with Konami. Since then, the Japanese auteur has repeatedly trolled his “alma mater.” For example, during the original OD: Knock reveal, Kojima stepped on stage through a replica of the iconic door from P.T.
Later, @chidach and fellow user @digital_satan_ managed to reconstruct more of the text. Using quirks of the font, they uncovered a direct mention of P.T. along with several story hints:
Other fans pointed out additional teases. According to @naven0m, the door shown in the trailer with several small windows may hint that OD: Knock will take the form of an anthology with multiple directors involved.
@naven0m also noted that the teaser featured not one but three key actors: Sophia Lillis as the protagonist, Udo Kier as the face of the creature, and an eye that almost certainly belongs to Hunter Schafer.
OD: Knock does not yet have a release date.
