Techland Shows Off Dying Light: The Beast’s Impressive Scores in New Trailer

Techland has released a glowing trailer for the zombie action game Dying Light: The Beast, which launched on September 18 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. The video highlights critical acclaim and quotes from reviews.
The fresh trailer also showcases user ratings. The developers proudly pointed out that the game boasts a 90% positive rating on Steam, scores of 8.3/10 on Metacritic, 4.7/5 in the Epic Games Store, 4.4/5 in the Xbox Store, and 4.7/5 in the PlayStation Store.
Originally conceived as a major story expansion for Dying Light 2, Techland eventually decided to develop The Beast into a full standalone title. The game is set in the Castor Woods valley and follows Kyle Crane, the protagonist from Dying Light and Dying Light: The Following. Critics and players alike have praised The Beast for its dark atmosphere, improved parkour mechanics, refined combat system, and excellent optimization.
Recently, the PC version of Dying Light: The Beast was played on Android using the Winlator emulator. Prior to this, fans discovered references to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Harry Potter, and Minecraft hidden within the game.
It’s also worth mentioning that Gearbox recently released a praise-filled trailer for the shooter Borderlands 4.
