Electronic Arts is ramping up the hype for the upcoming shooter Battlefield 6 with a brand new trailer featuring some familiar faces.
The trailer showcases a number of celebrities and notable personalities including Zac Efron, MMA fighter Paddy Pimblett, basketball star Jimmy Butler, and singer Morgan Wallen.
Battlefield 6 is set to launch with a single-player story campaign, nine multiplayer maps (Empire State, Iberian Offensive, Liberation Peak, Manhattan Bridge, Mirak Valley, New Sobek City, Operation Firestorm, Saints Quarter, and Siege of Cairo), and a variety of modes, including Breakthrough, Conquest, Escalation, Rush, Domination, King of the Hill, Team Deathmatch, and Squad Deathmatch.
Development of Battlefield 6 is a collaborative effort between four studios: DICE, Criterion Games, Motive Studios, and Ripple Effect Studios. The game is slated for release on October 10th for PC (Epic Games Store, EA app, and Steam), PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
This trailer comes on the heels of EA releasing a trailer focused on Battlefield 6's story campaign. Prior to that, it was revealed that the game would feature music from artists like Limp Bizkit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Prodigy.
