Metalhead DLC Released for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate

The action roguelike Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate has received a paid DLC, Metalhead, featuring a new playable character. Alongside it, the developers have released a free content update.

The DLC introduces the sixth playable character — Metalhead, who can attack enemies from a distance using a laser pistol. The expansion also adds five new artifacts: Mysterious Gofu, Giant Tusk, Kitsune’s Cup, Cracked Stasis Lighthouse, and Hamato Clan Seal. As for the free update, it brings a new game mode and story campaign called Pizza in Peril, visual enhancements, balance tweaks, and bug fixes.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate is available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One. Until October 6, the game is 60% off on Steam.

It’s also worth mentioning that a VR game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City, is currently in development. The project is set to launch in 2026 for SteamVR and Quest. Earlier, a first gameplay video was released.
