Bloober Team confirmed in its financial report that the remake of the original Silent Hill has officially entered full-scale production. While there’s no release date yet, it’s expected to arrive in about two years.
- The studio expects substantial revenue from Cronos: The New Dawn, with around 25% of sales coming from Steam;
- The team behind Cronos has already begun work on a new project. In addition, five more titles are in development through second-party partnerships, with announcements planned for major industry events;
- Bloober Team aims to become a leader in the horror genre, in part by releasing new titles with shorter gaps between launches;
- The company remains independent for now but doesn’t rule out a potential acquisition by a major publisher such as Tencent.
