As Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 approaches release, developer The Chinese Room has revealed the films that inspired the game’s tone and atmosphere. Following a series of trailers introducing the vampire clans, the studio shared a diverse list of cinematic influences — and some of the choices (like The Big Lebowski) may surprise you.

- Blade;
- Blade Runner;
- Luther;
- John Wick;
- Kiss Kiss Bang Bang;
- A Fistful of Dollars;
- Only Lovers Left Alive;
- Gotham;
- The Big Lebowski;
- Only God Forgives.
Earlier, the developers released a behind-the-scenes trailer highlighting the voice cast, which includes several seasoned actors known for their work on Baldur’s Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077.
