It looks like Silent Hill 2 Remake could soon make its way to Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2. A Reddit user noticed that developer Bloober Team quietly updated the game’s official website, adding two new placeholder slots — seemingly for upcoming platforms.
There’s no word yet on when these ports might be announced. Fans speculate that news could drop either on the game’s first anniversary — Silent Hill 2 launched on October 8, 2024 — or during a major showcase such as The Game Awards 2025.
Bloober Team is also working on a reimagining of the original Silent Hill, though no release window has been revealed.
Earlier, Konami released Silent Hill f — the first entirely new entry in the series since Silent Hill: Downpour. You can read our review of the game here.
