An artist known as Alex Gray from the Bulkamancer Sculpts team has unveiled his latest work—a 3D model of the huntress Hornet from the hit metroidvania Hollow Knight: Silksong.
To create the model, the artist used ZBrush and Marmoset Toolbag. The piece is presented as a digital figure at 1:8 scale (257x149x299 mm).
Highlights:
- 19 individual parts, plus 9 extra cuts for smaller printers (a solid version is also included);
- Cape can be displayed open or closed;
- Three different head options.
Hollow Knight: Silksong launched in September and quickly became a hit, earning very positive reviews from players and peaking at 587,000 concurrent users. In our review, we praised the game’s deep immersion, expansive and intriguing world, memorable characters, non-linear structure, and multifaceted protagonist. Downsides included some poorly balanced difficulty spikes. You can check out media reviews here.
By the way, we previously reported that Hollow Knight: Silksong was completed in under an hour, setting a new speedrunning record.
