Blumhouse and Universal Pictures have released a new trailer for Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, the sequel to the hit horror adaptation of the popular game series. The film opens on December 5.
Set a year after the events of the first movie, the story follows the town as it turns the once-infamous animatronics into local legends — complete with their own festival, Fazfest. But things take a dark turn when Mike’s younger sister, 11-year-old Abby, makes contact with the dangerous robots and decides to visit the old Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.
Director Emma Tammi returns to helm the sequel, with Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, and Piper Rubio reprising their roles. The cast also includes Matthew Lillard and Megan Fox, who voices Chica.
Earlier this week, the trailer for Now You See Me 3 also dropped — the film hits theaters on November 14.
