Misterial Games has released a teaser for the second major update of their Lovecraftian first-person horror game, Stygian: Outer Gods. The patch is currently in beta testing.
The upcoming update will introduce the Brasko Mansion, complete with a dungeon and a garden maze.
We are excited to see how many of you have joined the Open Beta of Stygian: Outer Gods' upcoming Content Update, and even more thrilled to say that the technical issue preventing us from further work on localizations has been fixed — we are now moving to the last stages of preparing the update, so that everyone can delve into the newly opened Brasko Mansion, scour the dungeons beneath it and brave the twisted paths of its garden maze.
Stygian: Outer Gods was released in early access on Steam on April 14, 2025. The game follows the story of a man who sets out to find his father, survives a shipwreck, and ends up on a mysterious fog-shrouded island. According to the developers, the full version is set to launch in the first half of 2026, featuring new locations, monsters, boss battles, artifacts, items, weapons, crafting recipes, quests, and more. The project has received 83% positive reviews.
It's worth noting that at the end of October, the Lovecraftian shooter Beneath was released on PC.
