AnTuTu Rankings: December 2025 Crowns the Most Powerful Android Smartphone
Arkadiy Andrienko
The AnTuTu service has updated its data on the fastest Android smartphones in early December 2025. The ranking clearly shows that a top-tier processor alone is not enough to achieve maximum performance—the cooling system is starting to play a key role.
The absolute leader is the gaming RedMagic 11 Pro+. It's equipped not only with passive cooling but also with an active fan featuring a liquid cooling system, allowing it to score a record 4.1 million points. This result was achieved thanks to the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip in a configuration with increased RAM capacity.
Second and third places were taken by the Oppo Find X9 Pro and vivo X300 Pro models. Both smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and scored just over 4 million points. This indicates that in passive mode (without extreme cooling), the latest flagship chips from Qualcomm and MediaTek deliver comparable performance. Seven out of ten spots in the top ten are occupied by devices with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. However, all of them, except the RedMagic 11 Pro+, use 16GB of RAM and traditional cooling systems, preventing them from crossing the 4-million-point mark.
The situation is different in the mid-range segment. Nine out of ten spots went to smartphones based on the MediaTek Dimensity 8300/8400 series platforms. The sole Qualcomm representative in this category is the Realme GT Neo6 SE with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, which took eighth place.
The updated AnTuTu ranking confirms the trend: chips from leading manufacturers have reached a level where the difference in performance is no longer determined solely by the processor but also by the heat dissipation method. This is forcing manufacturers to pay more attention to internal engineering solutions, especially in gaming and flagship lineups.
