The open-world horror The Axis Unseen from the creator of Skyrim and Fallout 3 will be available on PlayStation 5 on December 4. This was announced by Dark Product publishing house and Just Purkey Games studio.
The plot of The Axis Unseen takes place in a fantasy world. The player is assigned the role of a hunter who must solve mysteries and find a monster from ancient legends.
«Your village of hunters has been wiped out. The boundaries between worlds have torn open. Ancient beasts, predators older than civilization, are entering reality. Armed with your bow, instincts, and the powers you steal from fallen monsters, you must uncover the mysteries of a realm beyond time and stop these creatures from escaping».
Previously, horror was only available on PC. Several features have been added to the console version of the game. For example, adaptive triggers — the tension on the bowstring will be felt differently depending on which type of arrow is selected.
In addition, each monster will give a certain tactile impact when attacking. And the three-dimensional sound will help determine how far away the target is.
The author of The Axis Unseen is Nate Purkeypile. Previously, he worked at Bethesda Studios and participated in the development of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout 3, Fallout 4, Fallout 76, Starfield.
