The final episode of Stranger Things will be released on December 31. The series will be the second longest in the history of the project, Variety reports, citing Netflix.
It will take 2 hours and 5 minutes to watch the last, eighth, episode. Only the ninth episode of the fourth season was longer, it lasted 32 minutes longer.
The finale of the popular series will be shown on big screens, but only in the USA and Canada. More than 500 halls are participating in the campaign. Moreover, Netflix will not take profits from the screenings — all income will remain to the owners of cinemas.
Recall actor Noah Schnapp said that the main twist of the first part of the fifth season was hidden on the official poster of the series.
Previously fans of retro games found a mistake in the new season of the series. In one scene, Derek Turnbough is playing a version of the game Ghosts 'n Goblins on the NES console that couldn't be run there.
