Jason Statham Takes on Elite Assassins in First Trailer for ‘Shelter’

The debut trailer for ‘Shelter’ has arrived — another action thriller in which Jason Statham essentially plays a version of himself. This time, he stars as an elite hitman turned recluse who’s forced out of hiding when his former organization comes after him. To make matters worse, he must also protect a young girl who ends up in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The film also features Bill Nighy and Naomi Ackie, with Ric Roman Waugh — known for Shot Caller and Felon — directing.

‘Shelter’ premieres on January 30.
