In the world of Dispatch, Blondie Blazer is a veteran superhero who transitioned into a management role to oversee the rehabilitation program for former villains. As the head of the SDN dispatch branch in Torrance, she is the one who recruits the protagonist, promising to help him rebuild his superhero career. Despite her desk job, Blondie remains one of the strongest characters in the game, possessing flight, superhuman endurance, and immense physical strength.
