Epic Games Store Suddenly Launches Giveaway for Two More Games
Vladislav Nikolaev
The Epic Games Store has unexpectedly started a free giveaway for SunBlockers and NightReaper2. Both titles can be claimed for free and added to your library until February 28.
SunBlockers is a clicker with intuitive gameplay and a cartoony art style, set on a snow-covered island. The goal is to bring warmth back to a dying world: collect resources, level up your main character, and fight off zombies. EGS page.
NightReaper2 is a stylized action game set in a dark-fantasy world. You play as a small reaper who harvests souls on a restless island. EGS page.
It’s worth noting that on February 5, the Epic Games Store will kick off a free giveaway of the meditative first-person puzzle Botany Manor, plus the Poison Retro Set DLC for Pixel Gun 3D.
Earlier, Steam launched free weekends for Hotel Architect (until February 2), Deep Rock Galactic (until February 2), and Sker Ritual (until February 5). Before that we published a new roundup of Steam titles that went permanently free. That list included the story RPG Crudelis, the eco-strategy Trash Troopers: Earth Reclaim, and the first-person psychological horror County Hospital 2.
