Steam Reveals Updated Top 5 Most Popular GPUs — Mobile Version Takes the Lead

Valve has released new statistics on Steam users’ hardware and software, based on the June survey showing which devices and programs are most commonly used by gamers.
This time, the laptop version of the NVIDIA RTX 4060 tops the GPU chart with 4.99%. It’s followed by the RTX 3060 (4.57%), desktop RTX 4060 (4.41%), GTX 1650 (3.35%), and RTX 3050 (3.13%).
Not much has changed in the CPU market. AMD’s share increased by 0.17% in June, reaching 39.65%. For comparison, Intel holds 60.27%.
Windows 11 64-bit saw its popularity rise by 1.54%, now accounting for 59.84% of users. Next in line are Windows 10 64-bit (35.69%) and Windows 7 64-bit (0.09%).
In June, 43.05% of Steam users were found to have 16 GB of RAM, while 34.37% have 32 GB installed.
English remains the most popular language on Steam at 36.31%, though its share dropped slightly by 1.93% in June. Simplified Chinese comes in second (26.73%), followed by Russian (9.46%).
