The crowdfunding campaign for the unconventional iKKO MindOne smartphone wrapped up successfully on Kickstarter. The device pulled in over $1.2 million — smashing its creators’ initial goals. The core idea? A compact gadget packed with premium features. Measuring just 86×72×8.9 mm, it sports a 4.02-inch AMOLED display protected by ultra-tough scratch-resistant sapphire glass.

Power comes from a MediaTek MT8781 chipset. The 2,200 mAh battery promises a full day of use, though heavy users might find that tight by today’s standards. It packs 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. An optional case adds a QWERTY keyboard, a Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an extra 500 mAh battery.

The standout feature is the 50MP flip camera with a Sony sensor. The module rotates 180 degrees, letting you use the same high-end lens for everything — from regular shots to selfies or video calls. iKKO also bet big on virtual SIMs. Its built-in NovaLink service grants free access to AI tools in 60+ countries (expanding to 140+ with paid plans). It runs Android 15 with iKKO’s custom AI OS skin, featuring offline voice notes, transcription, and real-time translation — no subscription needed.
