NVIDIA RTX 50 Super Series Leak Reveals RTX 5070 Super and 5070 Ti Super

Rumors about the possible launch of refreshed RTX 50 series GPUs, known as RTX 50 Super, have been circulating for several months. Now, a new leak from Seasonic has reignited speculation.
According to Videocardz, Seasonic’s official PSU calculator has listed the unannounced GeForce RTX 5070 Super and RTX 5070 Ti Super. Both GPUs appeared in the drop-down menu when selecting a graphics card, suggesting that the “Super” series may indeed exist.
Reports claim that the RTX 50 Super models will feature new GDDR7 memory modules, boosting VRAM capacity by 50% compared to standard versions. The RTX 5070 Super could offer 18 GB VRAM (up from 12 GB), while the RTX 5070 Ti Super may ship with 24 GB VRAM. This makes the Super models far more appealing for modern gaming. The leak also pointed to increased TDP: the RTX 5070 Super is said to have 275W (vs. 250W on the RTX 5070), while the RTX 5070 Ti Super may reach 350W (vs. 300W on the non-Super version). Similar figures have been rumored before, adding credibility to the information.
Although NVIDIA has not officially confirmed the existence of the RTX 50 Super lineup, the timing of the leak raises suspicions that the company might reveal the cards at CES 2026. Earlier reports suggested that no Super variants would launch this year, but this new evidence gives the rumors more weight.
For now, RTX 50 Super remains unconfirmed, but the appearance of these models in Seasonic’s PSU calculator strongly suggests that an announcement could be closer than expected. NVIDIA may be preparing to refresh the lineup sooner than anticipated.
Meanwhile, it was recently reported that NVIDIA is investing $100 billion into OpenAI’s computing infrastructure — a move that could help the company strengthen sales by securing one of the biggest buyers of its GPUs.
