Modders have transferred the city of Khorinis and the Old Camp from the cult series of games Gothic to Witcher 3
The release of the REDkit toolkit for The Witcher 3 gave modders a free hand. Two enthusiasts immediately began transferring recognizable settlements from the Gothic game series to the world of Neverland.
The author of the first video with the nickname damian3k intended to port the entire map of the first Gothic to The Witcher 3. So far he has only managed to add the Old Camp, which can already be explored while playing as Geralt. Since this is the very beginning of work, the quality of the port leaves much to be desired.
Another modder with the nickname Nashadu completely added the city of Khorinis from Gothic 2 to the game. It is noticeable that the textures need improvement, there are no objects in the houses and there is not enough vegetation, but the author promises to correct these shortcomings in the future.
Both mods cannot be downloaded yet as they are in a very early stage of development.
Previously, another fan added the city of Vizima from the first part to The Witcher 3 using REDkit.
