Microsoft has prepared a nostalgic gift for Xbox Series X/S owners

On July 29, the Xbox 360 digital store will close, and on this occasion, Microsoft decided to make a farewell gift. A new background inspired by the very first dashboard for the first console has appeared on Xbox Series X/S.

«Enjoy some sweet nostalgia with the new Xbox 360 Blades dynamic background, available today,» the company wrote on social media. Unfortunately, interactivity is limited to glowing circles in the center of the screen, so you can't scroll through the tabs as before.

Microsoft has also launched a big sale with old titles. Many games are discounted up to 90%.

Currently, the company is working on its own portable console, which is expected to compete with the Steam Deck. The first official details should appear this year.
