3D Out Run is an arcade racing game from the studio M2 Co., Ltd.. The main publisher of the game is Sega. For some reason the game has not yet been released on PC. It seems that 3D Out Run turned out to be complete crap. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
