Angry Birds

The release of Angry Birds is a turning point in the development of games for mobile devices. The concept of the game spawned not only a lot of clones, but also, more importantly, a whole series of games about angry birds.

In general, the gameplay and idea were quite likely implemented long before AB, but it was the guys from Rovio who were able to bring it to perfection. Colorful design, amazing sound and a bit of convention (like green pigs) became its distinctive features. Now “Angry Birds” is not only a game and a series, but also a whole bunch of themed attributes (toys, school supplies), even soda and chips with birds. Only minions from the film “Despicable Me” can compete with birds. In general, the gaming industry could learn from Rovio how to popularize a product.

An excellent mobile game that will help you kill a lot of time on the bus, train, or plane. I liked the game for its animation, it’s simple but cool. Somewhat reminiscent of graphon worms. By the way, the game is suitable for children over 6 years old. My little son plays with joy))

PROS:

is a simple, system-friendly toy. It doesn’t require particularly high-end hardware in a tablet or phone.

- the task is always the same, but finding a way to achieve the goal is quite difficult - which makes the game more interesting and not just for one evening!

MINUSES:

- few classes of birds, although there are a large number of Angry Birds with different themes in Google Play, I think there are other classes there

- addictive, interferes with work

An excellent logic arcade game that has been used to make a bunch of products, from merch to animated series and feature films. A game in which you have to shoot birds with a slingshot at pigs sounds so crazy that you want to see it for yourself and spend a couple of hours engaging in pig-harming. An unusual concept and a catchy soundtrack result in an excellent series of games.

This company used to be normal too, until it was shot in the knee by microtransactions
